Refund Policy

CANCELLATIONS

–Registrants may obtain a refund if cancellations made at least 7 days before the first class date.

–A $50 processing fee will be charged for the cancellation.

RESCHEDULING

–Any SCHEDULE CHANGES within seven days of the class start date will result in the student forfeiting their guaranteed spot.  SRT will not charge you an additional fee to take the class as a standby.  SRT cannot guarantee standby availability in a rescheduled class.  The student may choose to reschedule into a guaranteed spot in a future class for $125.

–If an Instructor COUNSELS THE STUDENT OUT due to safety or skill development concerns, SRT will not charge you an additional fee to return as a standby.  SRT cannot guarantee standby availability in a rescheduled class.  The student may choose to reschedule into a guaranteed spot in a future class for $125.

–If you DO NOT ATTEND, OR ARRIVE LATE, SRT will not charge you an additional fee to return as a standby.  SRT cannot guarantee standby availability in a rescheduled class.  The student may choose to reschedule into a guaranteed spot in a future class for $125.

–It is your responsibility to call the office to determine space available for standby rescheduling.  SRT personnel will not automatically call you to reschedule.

ENROLLMENT

–Your enrollment fee is on file for one year from the date of your original scheduled class start date.  If you do not complete the course within that time, your enrollment fee shall be considered forfeited.
